SJM: Board resolution

Song Da No. 19 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 15/1/2009 as follows:

- Investment copration of construction project: Nam Xa La high rise building – Phuc La ward – Ha Dong city - Hanoi

- Investor: Joint venture between Vietnam consulting and construction JSC – Phuc Ha Industrial zone infrustructure development and trading JSC.

- Type of investment: business cooperation, in which SJM accounts 10% of the total capital.

- Project scale:

+ Total area: 7,395 m2

+ Construction area: 3,742 m2

+ Construction scale: 2 blocks of 30 floor building apartment (excluding 2 basement floors)

- Investment capital:

+ Internal finance: 15% of the total investment capital

+ Prepaid capital of customers and bank loan: 85%

- Duration: 4 years

- Plan of investment cooperation: Sign trading, investment and cooperation contract with the above joint venture. Vietnam consulting and construction JSC is representative of the J.V.

- Business plan: In accordance with agreement in the investment and cooperation contract.
