THB: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Thanh Hoa Beer JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/3/2009. Participants were 121 representing 10,100,750 shares (accounting for 88.4% of total voting rights). The following resolutions were approved:

- Revenue: VND 564 bil. reaching 93.3% of the plan

- Payables to the State: 241.5 bil.

- Earning before tax: VND 20.2 bil. reaching 89% of the plan

- Average monthly income per person: VND 3,800,000/person/month
