* Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company (TAN DAI HUNG JOINT STOCK CO.)

* Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company (TAYA VIETNAM)

Reason: business results of the companies in 2008 were negative.
