HOSE announces the record date for the shareholder list as follows:

* Name of the listed firm:  Vincom Joint Stock Company (VINCOM JSC)

* Ex-right date: 26/02/2009

* Record date: 02/03/2009

* Purpose:  Doing a ballot for the following issues:

- Offer shares in order to raise chartered capital from VND1,199,831,560,000 to VND2,000,000,000,000

- Plan of using capital from offering shares

- Raise of chartered capital is equal to the offering share volume

- Pass additional listing and depository of new offering shares

* Exercise ratio: 1:1

* Time of a ballot: from 09/03/2009 to 27/03/2009
