MPC: Violation of insider trading

HOSE announces the violation of insider trading as follows:

Ms. Chu Thi Binh, who is the BOD member of Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company (MINH PHU SEAFOOD CORP), bought an additional 46,580 MPC shares while registering to only buy 500,000 shares from 26/12/2008 to 26/03/2009. On February 12th 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Ms. Chu Thi Binh in order to require her to give explanation on this matter.
