HODECO builds apartment building

On February 4th, 2009, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) started to build Block B of an apartment building at 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ward 3, Vung Tau City

- Land area: 4,038 m2

- Construction area:  3,098m2

- Total floor area: 55,819 m2

- Total of storeys: 18 storeys and mezzanine

- Total of apartments: 493 apartments  

- Total investment: VND314 billion

- Time to complete the construction: expected in 2011

Purpose of the project: to sell 460 flats to the People’s Committee of Vung Tau City at an agreed price for the purpose of resettlement.
