BT6: Violation of insider trading

Mr. Ha Duc Binh, who is the BOD member of the 620 - Chau Thoi Concrete Corporation (620CCC), bought 1,300 BT6 shares from 21/01/2009 to 23/01/2009 without announcement. On February 4th 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Ha Duc Binh in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
