VNE: Resignation of member of Supervisory Board

Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint- Stock Corporation (VNECO) has informed of resignation of member of Supervisory Board as follows:

* Mr. Tran Quang Can – Deputy manager of Accounting department has resigned from the position of member of the Supervisory Board.

* Members of the Supervisory Board:

- Mr. Ho Ba Than

- Mr. Le Thanh Nha

* The company will eclect one more member to the Supervisory Board in the annual shareholders’ meeting 2008.
