PVC: Resolution of General meeting of shareholders

On 30/12/2008, the General meeting of shareholders of Drilling Mud Corporation duly passed the management changes as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyen Van Lua will not hold Director of the Corporation with the effect since 1/1/2009.

2. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, Deputy General Manager of the Corporation has been appointed to the Director since 1/1/2009.

3. Mr. Ta Van Ngung has been dismissed the Chief of Supervisory Board and member of Supervisory Board of the Corporation with the effect since 1/10/2008.

4. Mr. Pham Minh Duc, Chief Accountant of Petroleum asset management and exploration one member Ltd.Co which belong to Petroleum Technical Services Corporation, has been appointed to the member of Supervisory Board of the Corporation since 1/12/2008.
