Vinacomin Coc Sau Coal JSC announces management changes of the company as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyen Van Kiem, Director of the company has been dismissed the position since 1/1/2009.

2. Mr. Le Dinh Truong, Director of Vinacomin corporation has been appointed Director of the company and holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect since 1/1/2009.
