Vinacomin - Nui Beo Coal JSC announces that Mr. Nguyen Van Kiem has  resigned from Chair of the Board and Mr. Le Dinh Truong who is the representative for the equity of Vinacomin (TKV) at Vinacomin - Nui Beo Coal JSC has been appointed Chair of the Board.

This announcement has come into effect since 01/01/2009
