Vietcombank allowed to be listed in HOSE

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No.336/NHNN-CNH on January 13 to permit the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) to list its shares in the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).

Under this document, Vietcombank is required to comply with Decree No.14/2007/NĐ-CP of the Government dated January 19, 2007 on stock listing in the Stock Exchange and SBV Decision No.787/2004/QĐ-NHNN on temporary regulations for joint-stock commercial banks to register its listing and to issue shares to the public.
