SAV: Business activities

Savimex Corporation (SAVIMEX) has informed of its business activities as follows:

* Merging Saviwoodtech factory into Satimex factory from January 8th 2009.

* Reappointing Mr Tran Van Tri to be Deputy Director General for the 2 year term from January 1st 2009.

* Reappointing Mr Tran Van Ron to be chief accountant for the 2 year term from January 1st 2009.

* Dismissing Mr Nguyen Hoang Vu, Mr Van Ngoc Nghia and Mr Bui Ngoc Quoi from the positions of Deputy Director General, Finance Director.

* Appointing Mr Bui Ngoc Quoi to be Director of the Satimex factory instead of Mr Nguyen Hoang Vu from January 8th 2009.

* Mr Bui Quang Khanh has resigned the position of Director of the Saviwoodtech factory from January 8th 2009.

* Advanced dividend payment for 2008: 10%. The payment is done in Q1/2009.
