LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company announced its new investment project as follows:

On December 22nd, 2008, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province granted Investment License No. 47121000179 for the company’s project “Long Tan & Phu Hoi Residential Area”.

- Total area of the project: 839,900m2

- Location: Long Tan Commune and Phu Hoi Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.

- Purpose: to build residential area infrastructure.

- Operation time: 50 years

- Progress of the project: 3 years from the date of receipt of the investment license.
