S64: Management Changes

Song Da No.6.04 JSC announces the management changes of the company as follows:

1. Mr. Pham Duy Quyen will not hold the position of Deputy Manager of Song Da No.6.04 JSC since 7/1/2009.

2. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dai will not hold the position of Deputy Manager of Song Da No.6.04 JSC since 7/1/2009.

3. Mr. Le Viet Hai, Director, Deputy Manager will not hold the position of Deputy Manager of Song Da No.6.04 JSC since 7/1/2009 and has been appointed the Manager of Song Da No.6.01 Enterprise, which belongs to Song Da No 6 JSC since 8/1/2009.
