* Purposes:

- In order to gain VND 80 billion to be continuously traded on HOSE, the company does a ballot for additional issuance of 469,490 shares to strategic partners with the following contents:

+ Offering price: VND 17,000/share

+ Transference time: 2 years

+ Authorizing the BOD to choose appropriate strategic partners

- Time of a ballot: within 15 days from February 4th 2009

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for LGC on January 19th, 20th & 21st 2009.
