From January 8th 2009, The VietFund Management (VFM) has been transformed into joint stock company as follows:

* New company name: VIETNAM INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

* Transaction name: VIETFUND MANAGEMENT

* Abbreviation name: VFM

* Head office: 10th floor, Central Plaza, 17 Le Duan, Dist.1, HCMC.

* Chartered capital: VND100 billion

* Operation time: 50 years from January 8th 2009

* The legal representative: Mr Tran Thanh Tan – Chairman of BOD
