VHC: Violation of a major shareholder

On November 21st 2008, Ms. Lam Mau Diep placed a bidding order of 419,000 shares of VINH HOAN CORPORATION (VINH HOAN CORP) that changed her ownership rate from 4% to 5.4%. However, she disclosed the trading result late.

On December 31st 2008, HOSE sent an official document to require her to give explanation on this matter.
