VTV: Notice of record date for dividend payment
HaSTC notices the record date for dividend payment as follows:
- Name of the issuer: Cement Materials and Transportation JSC
- Stock code: VTV
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: common stock
- Record date: 15/12/2008
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 11/12/2008
+ For T+2 transactions: 12/12/2008
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 11/12/2008, 12/12/2008)
- Reasons: Dividend payment for the second round of 2008 by cash
- Exercise rate: 5% (shareholders receive VND 500 for every 1 share they own).
- Exercise date: 31/12/2008
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
+ For undeposited shares: Shareholders will receive dividend in Cement Materials and Transportation JSC since 31/12/2008. Identification Card (original copy) are required.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VTV on 12/12, 15/12, and 16/12/2008.
