US pizza, restaurant chains to promote franchises in Vietnam
Round Table Pizza, the US’s fifth largest pizza chain with over 500 restaurants in the nation, will seek master franchisors in Vietnam, according to the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham).
Round Table Pizza and two other US restaurants, Melting Pot and Carl’s, Jr., will promote their franchises to local investors and business development entrepreneurs in Hanoi today and Ho Chi Minh City early next week.
The Melting Pot, a fondue restaurant chain, has 135 outlets in the US. Carl’s, Jr., founded in California in 1941, serves made-to-order charbroiled hamburgers and chicken sandwiches.
Two other US franchisors who will also be present in Vietnam to seek local master franchisees are Abrakadoodle, the US leader in children’s creative arts and Signs Now, a member of the global Allegra Digital Network, which provides business-to-business signage solutions.
