TST: Notice of record date for dividend payment

HaSTC notices the record date for dividend payment of TST as follows:

-         Name of the issuer: Telecommunication Technical Service JSC

-         Stock code: TST

-         Par value: VND 10,000

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Record date: 31/12/2008

-         Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 29/12/2008

+ For T+2 transactions: 30/12/2008

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 29/12/2008, 30/12/2008)

-         Reasons: Dividend payment for the first round of 2008 in cash

-         Exercise rate: 12% (shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every 1 share they own).

-         Exercise date: 21/1/2009

-         Place of payment:

+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

+ For undeposited shares: Shareholders will receive dividend in Telecommunication Technical Service JSC since 21/1/2009. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of TST on 30/12, 31/12/2008, and 2/1/2009.
