MHC: Transference of capital contribution

Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MARINA HANOI) has informed of transferring its capital contribution of the project of the Ocean Park building as follows:

On December 8th 2008, MARINA HANOI signed the contract with Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines) about transference of its capital contribution into construction of the Ocean Park building to Vinalines.

- The initial contribution of MARINA HANOI: VND32,146,726,105

- Transference price: equal to added value and the initial contribution deducting depreciation which Vinalines had paid to MARINA HANOI under the previous contract effective till end of November 2008.

- Both parties negotiate the added value of the capital contribution within 60 days from the effective date of the contract.

- Payment method: 2 stages

+ The first stage: VND21,573,849,630 within 7 days from effective date of the contract.

+ The second stage: the added value of the capital contribution within 70 days from the effective date of the contract.
