VC3: Notice of record date for dividend payment

HaSTC notices the record date for dividend payment of VC3 as follows:

-         Name of the issuer: Construction JSC No. 3

-         Stock code: VC3

-         Par value: VND 10,000

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Record date: 24/12/2008

-         Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 22/12/2008

+ For T+2 transactions: 23/12/2008

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 22/12/2008, 23/12/2008)

-         Reasons: Dividend payment for the first round of 2008 in cash

-         Exercise rate: 15% (shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every 1 share they own).

-         Exercise date: 15/1/2009

-         Place of payment:

+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

+ For undeposited shares: Shareholders will receive dividend in Construction JSC No. 3 since 15/1/2009. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VC3 on 23/12, 24/12 and 25/12/2008.
