KMR: Listing stock on KOSDAQ

Mirae joint Stock Company (KMR) would like to inform shareholders as follows:

- The shareholders of MIRAE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (MIRAE., JSC) has approved of issuing and listing its stock on the Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ).

- The BOD of the company is responsible for doing necessary procedures to list its stock on KOSDAQ and presenting the specific issuance plan in the shareholders’ meeting before implementation.
