DPM: Buying back stock

PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) registered to repurchase its shares for treasury stock:

* Purpose: to stabilize the market price of DPM stock; raise the percentage of Profit after tax per share; and increase the company’s capital surplus.

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 320,000 shares

* Funds for the trading: Retained profit at December 31st, 2007.

* Trading method: order matching

* Trading period: from December 08th, 2008 to March 08th, 2009.
