KHP: Resolution of BOD

KhanhHoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

Approving of capital contribution to the VI-NA-SI-NO electric equipment joint stock company (*) (instead of the previous registered name as Viet Trung electric equipment joint stock company). Total contribution value: VND5,775,000,000 (the old contribution: USD350,000), making up 5% of chartered capital of VI-NA-SI-NO.
