* Par value:         VND 10,000

* Ex-right date:     December 08th, 2008

* Record date:      December 10th, 2008

* Dividend pay-out ratio:    20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

* Payment date:    December 25th, 2008

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of DORUCO.

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DPR on December 09th, 10th & 11th, 2008.
