- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of NSC: 1 Luong Dinh Cua St, Phuong Mai Ward, Dong Da Dist, Hanoi City.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for NSC on December 10th, 11th & 12th, 2008.
