Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) will pay an advance for the second installment of 2008 dividend:

* Stock type:       Common stock

* Par value:         VND 10,000

* Ex-right date:      December 10th, 2008

* Record date:       December 12th, 2008

* Pay-out ratio:     18%/ par value (VND1,800 / share)

* Payment date:    December 26th, 2008

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of HODECO: 2 Truong Cong Dinh St., Ward 2, Vung Tau City.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for HDC on December 11th, 12th & 15th, 2008.
