EVN, Savimex break ground for commercial-housing tower
Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) and Saigon-Vientiane Import Export Company (Savimex) Friday broke ground for construction of a US$29 million commercial and residential building in HCMC’s District 7.
The 18 floor Ngoc Lan Building, with 275 apartments measuring from 53 to 205 square meters, is slated for completion in the second quarter of next year.
