VC6: Notice of record date for dividend payment
HaSTC notices the record date for dividend payment of the following company:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: common stock
- Record date: 9/12/2008
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 5/12/2008
+ For T+2 transactions: 8/12/2008
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 5/12/2008, 8/12/2008)
- Reasons: Dividend payment for the first round of 2008 by cash
- Exercise rate: 12% (shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every 1 share they own).
- Exercise date: 30/12/2008
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
+ For undeposited shares: Shareholders will receive dividend in Vinaconex 6 JSC since 30/12/2008. Identification Card (original copy) are required.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VC6 on 8/12, 9/12, and 10/12/2008.
