HPG: violation of the affiliated person

Mr. Nguyen Van Dam who is the affiliated person of Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan– Vice chairman of BOD of the Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (Hoa Phat Group) bought 1,000 HPG shares on October 30th 2008 without announcement.

On November 11th 2008, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Nguyen Van Dam in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
