SSC: Cancellation of buying shares

Southern Seed Corporation (SSC) has informed of liquidating the contract of buying shares of Ha Tay Seed Joint Stock Company as follows:

* The Supreme Court in Hanoi has officially canceled the resolution of shareholders’ meeting of the Ha Tay Seed Joint Stock Company dated June 16th 2007 about its approval for selling 51% of its total shares (equivalent to 63,111 shares) to SSC as the role of a strategic investor.

* Therefore, SSC have been refunded the amount of VND9,466,500,000 by the Ha Tay Seed Joint Stock Company due to decision of the Supreme Court.
