1/. Change of management of branches:
- From 31/08/2008 and earlier, the company had supplied products to its branches through issuing the red invoices thus inventory in the branches were added to sales and it was not reasonable. As of September 1st 2008, the company has changed its management.
- Until August 31st 2008, the branches have transferred inventory to the company worth VND8,542,463,756.
- From September 1st 2008, the company has issued red invoices basing on the actual selling volume of the branches.
2/. Consequences of inflation:
- Limit marketing campaigns.
- Inputting price was high: materials, bags, fuel.
- Salary has increased from July 2008.
3/. Selling price has been constrained by the Ministry of Health.
