BMC: Offering state-owned shares
Binhdinh Minerals Company (BIMICO) has informed of offering its state-owned shares as follows:
* Trader: BINHDINH PRODUCTION INVESTMENT SERVICE IMPORT-EXPORT COPORATION (PISICO) (owning 51% of chartered capital)
* Stock symbol: BMC
* Offering volume: 2,478,000 shares
+ 826,000 shares (10% of chartered capital) : offered to the Binh Dinh Province People's Committee
+ 1,652,000 shares (20% of chartered capital) : offered to institutions, individuals in the provinces. In case they refuse to buy, the remaining shares will be offered to others outside the province.
