Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Co. Ltd (SHC) has disclosed the trading result of the person affiliated with the BOD Chairman:

On October 9, 2008, Mr. Luu Thanh Hai, son of Mr. Luu Tien Ai (SHC’s BOD Chairman and Director General), gave all of his 16,294 shares (0.54%) to his wife, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ut Hong.
