PAN: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating income in QIII - 2008

According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2008, profit before tax is VND6,828,000,000 with an increase of VND2,316,000,000 compared to Quarter II/2008. Pan Pacific Corporation explained the increase in operating income in QIII/ 2008 as follows:

-         Net revenue in Quarter III/2008 reached VND32,607,000,000 with an increase of VND1,565,000,000 compared to Quarter II. In Quarter III, the Company signed service supply contracts with partners including  Fideco Building, Sailing Tower Building, Alta Plaza Commercial Center, Parkson Truong Son Commercial Center.

-         In Quarter III, the Company managed costs efficiently and improve the service quality. The costs of services supplied decreased by VND2,375,000,000 compared to Quarter II.
