ACL: Resolution on Dividend Advance

Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company (Stock symbol: ACL) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: Approving an advance of the second tranche of the 2008 dividend

* Rate: 20%/par value (VND2,000/share)

* Implement date: estimated on November 27, 2008

Article  2: Approving the organization of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting 2008:

* Purpose: to get shareholders’ opinions on increasing the advance rate of the 2008 dividend to 60%/par value.  

* Meeting time: December 10, 2008

* Meeting venue: Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company.

Article 3: The resolution takes effect as of October 19, 2008.
