VTO: Receive Petrolimex 14 tanker

On September 10th 2008, the Vietnam Tanker Joint Stock Company (VITACO) received an oil tanker of Petrolimex 14 with capacity of 13,000DWT which is built in Korea.

It transported the first petrol shipment from Korea to Vietnam. Along with receiving an oil tanker of Petrolimex 12 in June 2008, VITACO has invested to two oil tankers with capacity of 13,000DWT each in order to carry airplane petrol (Jet A1) for the Vietnam Air Petrol Company (VINAPCO) and other cargo.

In October 2008, the company expects to receive an oil tanker of Petrolimex 11 with capacity of 40,000DWT which is also built in Korea. It transports imported petrol to Petrolimex and other cargo in the region.
