SHC: Business result in July & August 2008

Saigon Maritime Joint Stock Co. Ltd (Stock symbol: SHC) has announced the business result in July and August 2008 as follows:

1. Total revenue in July and August 2008:   VND31 billion

- Profit before tax in July and August 2008:  VND3.5 billion (Financial reserve was deducted.)

2. Total revenue in the first 8 months of 2008:  VND115.34 billion (67.84% plan)

- Profit before tax in the first 8 months of 2008:  VND14.59 billion (97.2% plan)
