VHG: Dismission of a BOD member

Viet-Han Corporation (VHG) has informed of dismissing Mr Thomas Joseph Ngo, the representative of Indochina Capital at VHG, from the position of a BOD member.

Reason: According to the announcement of Indochina Capital on July 21st 2008, the company had plan of personnel change. Mr Thomas Joseph Ngo has not undertaken the position of a BOD member from September 25th 2008.
