BBT: Personnel change

Bach Tuyet Cotton Corporation (COBOVINA) has informed of resignation of head of the Supervisory Board and secretary of the BOD as follows:

* Mr Dao Duc Dien has resigned the position of secretary of the BOD from September 1st 2008.

* Mr Phan Van Thuan has resigned the position of head of the Supervisory Board from September 15th 2008.

Reason: the resignation due to their personal issues.
