VPL: Personnel change and business supplement

Vinpearl Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company (Vinpearl JSC) has informed of personnel change and business supplement as follows:

* Appointing Ms Vu Tuyet Hang to be member of the BOD instead of Mr Nguyen Quoc Thanh.

* Business supplement: travel agent for selling air ticket, train ticket and boat ticket.

* Amending the company regulation: supplementing business

* Authorizing the chairman of the BOD and the legal representative to do procedures for changing contents of business registration
