SNG: Board Resolution

On 15/09/2008, the following resolutions of the Board of Directors of Song Da No 10.1 JSC were duly passed:

Charter capital increase plan round 2 of 2008 from VND 30 bil. to VND 50 bil. will be carried out in the quarter 1 of 2009 and accordingly 2008 return on charter capital plan will be adjusted as follows:

- 2008 return on charter capital ratio plan with the charter capital of VND 50 bil.

+ Profit before tax on/Charter capital: VND 20.845 bil./ VND 50 bil.

+ Profit/Charter capital ratio: 41.6%

- 2008 return on charter capital ratio plan with the charter capital of VND 30 bil.

+ Profit before tax on/Charter capital: VND 12.5 bil./ VND 30 bil.

+ Profit/Charter capital ratio: 41.6%
