Vincom Joint Stock Company (VINCOM JSC) has announced its intention to repurchase shares as follows:

1. Number of treasury stock at present: 7,899,995 shares

2. Number of shares bought back: 4,098,320 shares

3. Number of treasury stock after trading: 11,998,315 shares

4. Purpose of the trading: to increase the number of treasury stock

5. Trading method: put through or order matching

6. Trading period: from October 06, 2008 to January 06, 2009.
