SFC: Dividend payment & Ballot
Saigon Fuel Company has announced the record date for the list of shareholders as follows:
Stock symbol: SFC
Stock type: Common stock
Par value: VND10,000
Ex-right date: September 25, 2008
Record date: September 29, 2008
Purpose of using the list of shareholders:
1. To pay dividend advance for 2008:
* Pay-out ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000 / share)
* Payment date: October 17, 2008
* Place of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Saigon Fuel Company.
2. To get shareholders’ ballots:
- Time: from October 09, 2008 to October 24, 2008
- Contents:
* Postpone the stock issuance to raise chartered capital until 2009;
* Request the General Meeting to separate Project “468 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai” from the purpose of the additional stock issuance to increase chartered capital, but to offer it for cooperation and/or transfer.
* Pay dividend (Stage 2/2008): 10% and in stock;
* Issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders with exercise ratio of 4:1 (A shareholder who owns 04 shares will receive 01 bonus share).
Vietnam Securities Depository - HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for SFC on September 26, 29 & 30, 2008.
