PGS: Board Resolution

Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 22/09/2008 as follows:

1. Approve the registration document for public offering of Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC to increase the charter capital in 2008 from VND 150 billion to VND 265 billion, and the submission of the document to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.

2. Approve the issuing plan for the staff. The issuing price is VND 12,000 per share.

3. Plan for 2009: General Manager has to direct divisions to review projects to draw up 2009 plan and report the Board of Directors at the end of 10/2008.
