BBT: Delay the BOD meeting

On September 23rd 2008, the BOD of the company intended to hold a meeting to discuss about the production recovery and organizing an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting. However, there were not enough participants so the meeting could not be held and it has been delayed till September 27th 2008.

In the next time, Mr Le Tien Phuoc – chairman of the BOD will be on a long business trip, thus he madates to the following individuals:

* Mr Le Van Minh – Vice chairman of the BOD has right to hold and run BOD meetings and make decisions as a chairman of the BOD from 23/09/2008 to 23/03/2009.

* Mr Ngo Van Hien has right to attend and contribute ideas in BOD meetings and make decisions as a member of the BOD from 23/09/2008 to 23/03/2009.
