SGC: Dividend payment & Ballot
HOSE would like to announce that Sagiang Import-Export Corporation will advance dividend for tranche 1/2008 and ballot shareholders as follows:
- Stock symbol: SGC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Ex-right date: August 12th, 2008
- Record date: August 14th, 2008
- Purpose:
1. To ballot shareholders on setting up a subsidiary.
- Time for the ballot: expected from August 25th, 2008 to September 22nd, 2008.
2. To pay dividend for the first tranche of 2008 in advance
- Pay-out ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)
- Payment date: August 29th, 2008
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Sagiang Import-Export Corporation - Plot CII-3, Industrial Zone C, Sa Dec Town, Dong Thap Province.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for SGC on August 13, 14 & 15, 2008.
