CYC: Resolution of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2008
On June 20th, 2008, Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company (CHANG YIH CERAMIC) held Annual shareholders’ Meeting 2008. The following issues were adopted during the meeting:
Article 1: Approving financial report of the year 2007 with some key items:

2. Gross profit: 12,462,926,500 dongs
3. Profit before tax: 3,686,562,767 dongs

Auditing & Consulting Co., Ltd (A&C) was unanimous to be the auditing company for CHANG YIH CERAMIC in the fiscal year 2008.
